Our most popular jewel case. Standard size with clear plastic tray to hold disc and has room for printed cover insert. Allows for insertion of a printed traycard with print on both sides so that it is viewable from the inside and outside of the jewel case. The disc tray on slimline jewel cases are not removable so no print can be inserted behind them. Has room for printed cover insert of your choice. Tray that holds disc is clear so you can see the disc back from the outside of the case.

If you choose white DVDs, then the artwork on the face of the disc will look very similar to conventional printing. This is because most printing is done on white paper. If you want color that more closely matches traditional printing then choose a white disc face. On the clear areas of the disc white will show through. White is our most popular option.

The artwork on the face of the disc will possibly have a little "shine" to it because of the reflective nature of a silver disc surface. On the clear areas of art the silver from the disc will show through.

Full Color Offset disc printing for replicated discs. If you want the best, this is it. Includes four color process with a white flood. Your disc artwork will pop with clarity and brilliance. This is also the best option for disc's that have a large area of solid black coverage.

If your project is a replicated disc (not duplicated) and you want to use silk screen printing instead of full color printing then this is the right choice. Perfect for jobs that have 3 colors or less. Also works well with solid areas of coverage in a single color. Your artwork must be prepared properly to use this style of printing. Talk to your Project Adviser for more details.

Clear overwrap, or polywrap, is the protective plastic covering made to fit your disc packaging. Your DVD or DVD will be right at home in retail stores with the finished, professional look of clear overwrapping. And because polywrap protects your disc packaging from damage and is an effective theft deterrent, you can rest knowing your disc project is safe and sound.

3 business weeks means that your project will ship from our plant on the 16th business day after your approval if you approve before 10:30 am central time.

10-12 business days means that your project will ship from our plant on the 11-13th business day after your approval if you approve before 10:30 am central time.

Crystal Clear can create a barcode for you to add to your final artwork. You will receive an email asking for important information regarding your barcode shortly after placing your order. After you submit the information we will provide you with a barcode to add to your art. The recommended size for your barcode is one and a half inches wide and one-half inch tall.The cost of the barcode is a one time fee. If you produce this same package again there will not be an additional charge for the barcode. Barcodes are great if you intend to sell your product in a retail environment. Otherwise it may not be necessary to add a barcode. Pricing does not change with quantity of discs ordered. There are some limitations to registering barcodes and it is your responsibility to register your own barcode for tracking purposes (easy to do, just ask your CSR), please contact your CSR for additional details.
